    HEAD OF ANALYTICS

    LONDON
    HYBRID - 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
    UP TO £100K

    This role does not have the ability to sponsor


    THE COMPANY
    An advanced analytics and insights agency that is focused on offering business intelligence and strategic support to a variety of clients across different industries


    THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    This role is crucial for the company, you will be responsible for managing the analytics team, building customer relationships, and supporting agile decision-making


    In this role, you will:
    Leading the global analytics team and managing the day-to-day operations for the benefit of the business and clients
    Developing strategic strategic plans for ongoing improvement of tools and skills in line with stakeholders needs and in keeping advanced analytics solutions and best practices
    Overseeing projects within the team ensuring deadlines are met, managing customer relationships, and service levels are met
    Providing data insights informing business decisions across the clients, assisting them in forming a strategic roadmap
    Drive innovation in analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the value of the companies' offerings
    Partner with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, prioritise projects, and deliver actionable insights


    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    You will be successful when applying to this role if you have:

    Full right to work in the UK
    Proven experience in managing a team within the analytics space with a track record of driving business impact
    Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Power BI with experience across other BI visualisation tools and cloud technologies
    Experience in industries such as retail, finance, or consumer goods
    Evidence of operating at a strategic level with the ability to look at the bigger picture
    Demonstrable experience providing outstanding differentiated customer propositions in a competitive and somewhat heavily regulated market
