Manchester City Centre, x3 days a week in office_


Major Players is partnered with an established Beauty Business that is actively on the hunt for an ambitious, proficient & experienced Influencer Performance Manager you must have over 3 years working within Influencer Management.


This role is a great opportunity for anyone that wants to gain some excellent exposure working for a credible, global brand, to get some truly unmatched experience and manage an Influencer Executive in the team.


The key focus on this role is TikTok Shop Affiliates & Scaling TikTok Influencer presence, you must have previous experience working for a fashion or beauty brand due to the nature of clientele, you must be able to provide day-to-day performance analysisbased on data, track and make changes.


About the Role:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers with a focus on key territories.
  • Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts etc.
  • Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand.
  • Report on influencer performance on a monthly basis including gifting, affiliates, retainers and paid collaborations.
  • Scale TikTok Influencer presence and drive revenue through affiliates on the TikTok Shop
  • Important to have a proven track record of success within the TikTok Affiliate platform.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities such as events, collaborations, etc.
  • Ensure all gifting/send outs are placed in a timely manner and a fresh monthly send out sheet is made and in progress a few weeks before the month starts alongside Senior Influencer Executive.
  • Work together with the wider Social & Digital Marketing team to repurpose UGC across channels.
  • Making sure the influencer database is always up to date with the latest contact and addresses for influencers to ensure you are always sending to the right place alongside the Senior Influencer Executive.
  • You will be a direct contact for retainers, making sure that you are keeping watch of contract end dates so we can refresh or move on with new retainers in a timely manner. Always checking they have all the products they need to fulfil their duties as ambassadorsand making sure they are hitting their individual targets for posts and support.
  • Constantly monitoring active affiliates and seeking new potential influencers to become affiliates.
  • Checking in regularly with those who are not performing well and notifying the wider team if their code needs to be removed.
