A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the day to day running of the team and in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service.

The overall team objective is to offer a 5* meet and greet service and to ensure the security, safety and wellbeing of the site, visitors and to protect the property of the building, in accordance with procedures as determined by the site.

• SIA Security Licence required
• 2 years Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector is required
• IT and Man Management skills required
• Willingness to learn and work with a team
• Excellent communication both written & verbal
• Excellent levels of customer service at all times
• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• To have a smart appearance befitting the company
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Be calm under pressure
• Have the presence of mind be able to defuse difficult situations
• CCTV and First Aid qualifications are desirable

• To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Client Representative(s).
• To ensure a 5Star standards of customer service are maintained all times when dealing with staff, and visitors to the site.
• Assist the Account Manger in all areas of their responsibility to the site and maintain a close working relationship at all times.
• Supervise the team ensuring all officers are following site procedures in line with the client's requirements.
• Ensure all Officers report for duty correctly dressed and in adequate time for handover.
• To build and maintain relationships with client.
• Able to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Be able to liaise with external authorities and services as required
• To ensure that the Digital Daily Occurrence Book is maintained correctly and that all relevant reports are completed
• Responsible for all staff under their direct supervision and ensuring that all staff are regularly briefed.
• Respond accordingly to emergencies and incidents including fire alarms and assisting in the evacuation of the buildings where necessary in accordance with the assignment instructions.
• Provides necessary support and assistance to site client when required and ensuring site is effectively managed.
• Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
• Maintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfare.
• Ensure that all staff have sufficient training as required by CIS and site requirements.
• Complete monthly reporting and audits in line with CIS and site requirements.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by CIS management.
• Build a relationship with our main Control Room in order to both understand each other's requirements
