The **Control Room Officer** also aids the Shift Team Leader in their responsibilities.The CCTV Operator plays a vital role in maintaining high levels of security, safety, and customer service standards consistently.

Average 42 hours per week
Shifts:
Days & Nights - 4 on 4 off
Requirements:
SIA CCTV Licence mandatory.
SIA Licence (DS or SG) necessary.
Corporate CCTV security background required.
Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft essential.
Experience in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in access control & CCTV systems.
Customer-oriented with excellent service skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated with initiative.
Collaborative team player.
Quick decision-making in emergencies.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide training to Security Officers and ensure shift personnel can cover responsibilities.
Attain onsite Ccure certification, manage alarm monitoring, and oversee CCTV for specific sites.
Respond to life safety systems and initiate incident responses.
Supervise system tests and maintenance.
Report system outages and incidents promptly.Manage incidents and emergencies effectively.
Lead Security Control Room operations, following procedures.Communicate well with customers and colleagues.
Enforce strict key control procedures.Record all incidents accurately.
Assist in training Control Room personnel and equipment handling.Maintain system check documents and daily rota.
Support security investigations.
Ensure staff work in safe conditions.
Maintain equipment records.
Conduct daily briefings and handovers.
Continuously improve control room operations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the control room.
Assist Security Management as needed.
