Salary:
£ £11.50 p/h paid weekly + overtime

Location:
Nr. Twycross, Leicestershire

Hours:
Full time, 40 hours p/w + overtime as needed


My client owns and manages a very successful, independent hotel and restaurant with a fantastic reputation offering high quality, freshly prepared food in a relaxed, friendly environment.

With 170 covers in their busy restaurant and a function room that seats 100, they have the capability to cater for any occasion.


Unusually, there will be no split shift working, so you will be able to come in and do your shift of - 9 hours dependent on the day.


This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable waiter/waitress/bar server that wants to take their next step to develop their experience and skills and gain valuable training from long standing professionals.


Your responsibilities for a Front of House server near Tywcross will include:

  • Serve food and drinks and provide first class levels of customer service
  • Make sure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
  • Dealing with guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner and resolving them to the customers satisfaction

Experience and skills for a Front of House server near Tywcross:

  • Restaurant and bar experience
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Flexibility

  • Working different shift patterns on different days of the week including the weekends, mornings, or evenings
  • Confidence with systems and taking payments
  • To be able to work well under pressure and multi task in a busy environment
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
