Description

We are looking for an Business Support Officer to work within the CPAT team (Child Protection Assessment Team).

Brief Overview:

The nature of the things you will hear and be privy and can be a little distressing around Children and possible abuse etc.

Duties:

To take minutes for conferences
To book meeting rooms and take minutes of meetings and any other support required.

- to collaborate with the team for in-box management

To create summary sheets and ensure they are updates to keep track of the department finances.
To run reports on a weekly basis.
To record new complaints on the tracker.
To create and put in place a stationary order process.
To file paperwork correctly.
Problem Solving.
Shredding confidential paperwork
Complying with data protection.

Essential Skills:

Minute taking
IT skills
Good use of Excel and Word
Confident on the phone
Previous experience within Customer Service and Administration
Precious case work experience

Interviews to take place

Work hours:
Monday to Friday 36 hours per week. Office based - Barkingside/ Ilford.

£13.65 per hour PAYE, paid weekly

Duration: 6 months with the view of extending longer
