Painter & Decorator
My client is a reputable construction company who covers the whole of London and surrounding area's.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced painter& decorator to join an expanding team:


Duties:


  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and tones
  • Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
  • Repair and patch damaged areas prior to painting
  • Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Background:


  • Proven experience as a painter or similar role
  • Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for color
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members

Job Types:

Salary:
£34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
