Sales Associate

ABOUT THE POSITION

CCP Are looking for motivated, people's person and who has the right attitude Sales Associate to join the existing Financial Sales team.

The responsibilities will be making initial contact with new clients as well as contacting existing clients.

This position is too help the clients work through the system and provide excellent customer service throughout, the role will be rewarded with direct, target commission-based incentives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working directly with management, ensuring you are confident and happy to provide negative, positive feedback to the management team to help boost the cusotmer's overall experience.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Educated to at least A' level equivalent, including Maths
No financial sector experience needed, however a keen interest in the markets is recommended
Previous sales experience desired, not necessarily in financial markets
Happy to make multiple outbound calls to clients each day, this role does not involve cold calling
Confident communication skills both verbal and written. Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and in a personable way is highly desirable
Able to speak confidently about the financial markets and how spread betting works
Confident to host clients faceto face, always providing great customer service
