Are you an inspirational and highly driven Sales Team Leader seeking an exciting new challenge?

CCP are delighted to be supporting one of the UK's leading eye health care specialists with the appointment of an Inbound Sales Team Leader to join their contact centre as soon as possible.

You will lead, coach and mentor a small team of Sales and CustomerService Agents who are the first form of contact with potential customer and patients.

The successful Inbound Sales Team Leader will optimise team performance by:

  • Holding regular one to one's outlining targets, objectives and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Listening to calls and proving necessary training sessions to ensure high service delivery.
  • Be willing to lead by example and support the team by taking/making calls, while sharing best practice.
  • Create a winning culture focused on achievement and celebrating success.
  • Establish processed to track, manage, and predict team performance.
  • Review growth plans and take ownership to ensure the team is well resourced, trained, and capable of meeting business demands.

Experience:


  • Strong experience in a similar role as a Team Leader within a customer focused, target driven, fast paced contact centre.
  • Proven experience in driving and maintaining sales performance.
  • Sound knowledge of how to deliver a 'sales through service' approach.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional people management skills.
  • High effective communication skills on all levels, including customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Constantly review systems and processes looking for areas to improve performance.
  • Proficient in computer systems.
  • Be able to work calmly under pressure and be able to prioritise workload.

The operational hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
