Role summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Provide admin and secretarial support within a multi-tasking environment.
Activities will include interaction with senior internal and external partners and the job holder will complete various planning and organising activities.

Accountabilities
- Coordinate and complete procurement communication plans in line with Proc. Line of Sight, including events and campaigns.
- Coordinate conferences and seminars including sourcing venues; arranging travel, accommodation and visit itineraries; and ensuring that all arrangements run efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned between function
- Records Coordinator for the functions, maintaining records and filing systems (paper and electronic) ensuring compliance with the Company Records Management policy.
- Arrange induction programmes and all crucial 'first day start' items for new members of staff and visitors
Experience, skills, knowledge
Experience, Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Planning and Project coordination
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Good influencing and social skills
- Prioritizing and Event Management
- Knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures.
- Strong secretarial skills.
- Dealing with Ambiguity.
- Interpersonal skills and team working skills.
- Decision making skills.
- IT literate: excellent keyboard skills and sophisticated skills in current versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Good user knowledge of SRMI.
