ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

This role is part of the design function and will be responsible for assisting the design team with creative activities.

The role will provide experience within an organization designing and developing consumer electronic devices.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
To be able to manage relatively simple design duties and support the wider team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Product Concept Generation;
CAD modelling;
Rendering;
Modelmaking Liaison;
Colour Material Finish Studies;
Inspiration imagery collecting;
Supporting the senior members of the design team.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

Do you have knowledge with designing product from concept to realisation?
Do you have knowledge on manufacturing processes?
Do you have a passion for designing consumer electronics?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or 3D Design;
3D CAD skills (Rhino/Solidworks or other CAD package);
Rendering skills (Keyshot, Photoshop or other rendering packages);
Sketching;
2D illustrator drawings.
