This includes build-to-rent developers, student accommodation and care home providers. We have been at the vanguard of our sector for over twenty years. We work in a challenging intersection between B2B & B2C, service & retail.

General Description:

Working on key relationship with one of our biggest customers.

Consolidating and Error Checking Invoice Schedules for one of our number one customer
- due dates ensuring payments are made on time, hence reducing the risk of bad debt.

Weekly review of debtor status with the Credit control manager.

Liaising with the Sales Account Managers on a weekly basis and regular communication to resolve queries.

Reducing suspense account and unapplied payments.

Sending Monthly statements to all customers.

Raising Credit Notes for Agency commissions.

Creating and updating customer accounts when required and reviewing credit limits.

Suspending late paying customers on Credit Managers approval.

Escalate bad debtors for legal proceedings.

Raising Journals and Write Offs when required.

Principal Tasks:

Resolving queries prior to debt becoming due and following dunning process.

Sense checking invoice schedules for one of our biggest customers.

Sending suspense and unapplied cash spreadsheet weekly and request support from the sales team.

Qualification & Experience:

You will be numerate with an excellent eye for detail.

Task Orientated and very methodical.

You will have good Microsoft excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables).

You must also have experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Must be good at working of your own initiative.

Location

We operate a Hybrid working policy, our offices are based in Holborn - Central London, Beckton - East London and Manchester.
