    The Opportunity

    Built to Rent (BTR) is a major growth focus within David Phillips. This market has grown significantly over the last 5 years. BTR is now around 25% of our business with several Key client accounts which need day-to-day oversight and management and as such we are looking to hirea BTR Account Manager.

    David Phillips furnishes thousands of new Build to Rent apartments per year at the initial fit out stage. This business is secured direct from the Investors, developers, Consultants or Operators. Beyond the initial fit out David Phillips strives to form ongoing partnerships with our clients, through our "replenishment" service which offers a next day replacement service for furniture. Ensuring units are ready to rent and meet customers/residents ' expectations is a vital part of property management.

    This role reports to the BTR Director and will work with Sales, Operations, Product and Customer Service. The ideal candidate would show commercial acumen and client facing skills, while also having an understanding of project/account management and ability to work in collaborate with internal stakeholders.

    The purpose of the role is to ensure we retain and maximise the value of key client accounts and frameworks during both fit out projects and ongoing property management. As well as relationship management of existing key accounts, the role will work with new BTR customers to ensure their integration into the customer service team & tracking and managing new accounts and frameworks.
