Role and Responsibilities

Coaching and guiding team members to become high performers
Taking ownership and responsibility for client related issues and queries
Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies
Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development)
Maintaining own pool of locums/workers conducting regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations
Networking and to build business information and leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Key Attributes:

Proven sales background
Demonstrate experience as a recruiter
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to meet deadlines and targets (Goal-Orientated)
