- Collaborate with various teams, service areas, and stakeholders to conduct compliance inspections at appropriate frequencies, ensuring timely completion of rectification actions.
- Lead a team of surveying and technical officers, overseeing allocation, programming, monitoring, and progress of work to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and offer professional/technical advice on building safety and compliance. Conduct training for non-technical staff on compliance-related subjects
- Experience in a comparable environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of building safety and compliance.
- A degree qualification and/or membership in a relevant professional organisation.
