This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time

The Marketing Automation Executive will deliver marketing automation programs on the Marketo/HubSpot platform in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
The Marketing Automation Executive will be involved in the implementation of new functionalities, programs & campaigns, as well as updates and rollouts.
The Marketing Automation Executive will be involved in several enhancement projects in order to deliver - together with the Senior Marketing Automation & CRM Executive and CRM Admin - the best-in-class CRM and marketing automation system and ensure a high-quality development of the platform.
Your Role
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Marketing Automation Executive, as well as with the wider digital marketing team and the brand marketing teams.
- Manage different tasks in the Global Marketing Automation System
- Maintain and evolve the nurturing streams and personalization journeys specific to the different schools for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH institutions and programs
- Create adhoc campaigns to support enrolment conversion activities
- Manage the event creations, the data uploads and landing pages related to them
- Create and manage landing pages and website personalization blocks
- Support the Head of Marketing Automation & CRM on any related projects especially with regards to business process optimization
- Perform testing in system for enhancements and new projects
- Create necessary documentation (explanatory, training, presentation) on new projects or processes
- Maintain the Marketo/HubSpot platform database is clean, as well as the campaign structures
- Provide support to the business via additional automation services available
