We are currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team in the construction sector.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have a crucial position in ensuring clients receive top-notch service, keeping them satisfied and loyal.
Thisis a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £26,000- £26,500 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Process customer orders via email and phone on Company CRM system
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer problems
- Manage around 20 regular clients
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and product information to ensure efficient customer service
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a bonus
