The pet insurance space has suffered from low quality and misleading products, and we want to ensure that all the Napo products are simple and have your back.

The final piece in the puzzle is providing everything people need to take great care of their pets.

Whether these are services such as behaviourist consultants, tools such as puppy training apps, or simply content, we aim to give pet owners everything they need to ensure their pet is happy and healthy for as long as possible.


The Role:


We are looking for a Customer Champion who will be the first point of contact, providing a 6star support to our members and their pets.

A champion who can proactively identify what our members want and need and help them by going above and beyond and who isn't afraid to go the extra mile to delight them.


Skills we think you need:


  • You have excellent oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • You are a selfstarter with a "cando" attitude and thrive working in a dynamic, fastpaced startup environment
  • You are able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • You can work on admin tasks such as changing policy and payment details

Skills we think you need:


  • You have experience working within SLAs and goals
  • You have experience using Intercom (or a similar SaaS product)
