The role:


We're looking for an highly ambitious brand and marketing copywriter to compliment our team of talented growth specialists, taking our brand to new heights.

You must combine creativity and storytelling with purpose - breathing energy and passion into our vision for Napo. We're developing our brand strategy with a focus on driving awareness of our brand through positioning and targeted campaigns.


You will:


  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for ads, campaigns, socials and more
  • Play a key role in our brand development, helping to craft our voice and tone, core messaging, taglines and slogans
  • Weave a compelling, consistent story across channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with design, insights, data and more to explore and push the boundaries of how we communicate
  • Obsess over how effective your writing is through analysis of data
  • Stay on top of cultural and creative trends to understand what concepts engage, convert and retain
  • Take ownership and ensure everyone writes in the Napo way

Skills you need:


  • High standards in written and verbal communication, and conceptual thinking
  • A love of storytelling, attention to detail and passion for crafting and conveying a rich narrative
  • An open, collaborative mindset, the ability to run workshops and confidence to articulate your choices and receive feedback
  • To think and act strategically, consider experiences a whole and be driven to solve customer problems and have big impact

Experience that is important to us:

  • Start-up or B2C experience essential
  • Working in collaborative teams
  • Being an animal lover nonnegotiable
