Office Assistant - Facilities - 12 month FTC

London Office

To be an integral part of the Facilities office assistant team to provide a friendly, efficient client experience and professional facilities service, ensuring that all client meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces are comfortable, safe, and clean.

A look into the role

As a Facilities Office Assistant within our team, you will:
Help to create a first-class experience for our clients and people.

Be part of a team where what you do plays a big part of how and what are clients think of us as a professional firm.

Use your skills to proactively find ways to improve and make things better wherever possible.- To be an integral part of the Front of House team to provide a friendly, efficient client experience and professional facilities service, ensuring that all client meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are comfortable, safe and clean- Ensure set up and set down of client meeting rooms is delivered to the required standard, in advance of the required time- Attend weekly planning meetings with the Front of House team to determine meeting room requirements- Maintain the daily planning board and utilise the relevant room booking system to identify, plan and deliver daily room set up/set down- Supporting within the team to provide Refreshments to client meetings- Keeping Client Tea point areas topped and ready to use- Supporting adhoc on Reception and within the Reservations team

As a Facilities office assistant, there will be some lifting and carrying involved.

Punctuality is vital as you will be working for various sectors within the firm preparing internal and client meeting's as well as other ad hoc duties.


Joining us as a Facilities Office assistant, the minimum criteria you'll need is computer literacy, have above average customer service skills, be able to read and carry out instructions as written, build strong relations within your team, have a can do attitude and always maintain a smart professional appearance.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.

- Experience of working alone and being able to make decisions without guidance- Good knowledge of word and outlook- Able to understand and learn some basic technology skills
