Reporting into the Studio Manager, we have a new opportunity for a proven designer to join our highly collaborative and creative team, to work with internal clients to determine their design and video requirements.

This is a role that will allow the successful individual to develop, learning from the wider team, but also through development courses that are available.

It will also provide the individual the chance to go across the country and Europe for case study filming and photography.

Key responsibilities:

Manage internal client projects through Asana or Jira, from initial brief through to design and/or edit and delivery
Work with internal clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format and timescales
Develop and prepare concepts for design and video, based on an agreed brief and adhering to brand guidelines
Inhouse photography for SCC, including satellite sites, branches and Data Centres across the UK and Europe
Inhouse video filming, editing and animating for all internal and customerrelated multimedia projects across the UK
Photo and video editing to specific SCC standards and guidelines
Assist with the design of proposals and tenders via Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Key skills and experience:

Essential skills: all Adobe CC apps including InDesign, XD, Illustrator and Premier Pro plus Final Cut video editing app; Office apps including PowerPoint and Word
Camera equipment setup and usage experience essential
Project management and dev app skills: Asana
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of design for print and digital
An understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment
Professional approach to timeline, costs and deadlines
