Description

Reporting to the Overseas Visitors Administrator and guided by NHS Improvement, Home Office, NHS Services Authority, NHS and Trust Policy and Procedure the post holder will be responsible for the administration of accounting processes in relation to charges for overseas patients across the Trust, helping to maximise all available income.


  • To support the Overseas Visitors Administrator in the identification, training and recovering of overseas visitors income.
  • Act as a point of contact for overseas visitors and their families, representatives, interpreters, clinicians, nursing and ward staff in the administration of overseas patient charges.
