I am currently recruiting a HR Office to work with a luxury goods company based in Central London. This is a temporary to permanent role.Client Details
I am currently working with a luxury goods company based in Central London. They sell and procure high value goods from fashion, to art and jewellery.
Due to recent changes in the team they are looking to hire a HR Officer on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Officer with 4 years experience to work for an established company.Sector:

Description
HR Officer, London
- Provide professional support and advice to managers and staff on HR queries and to ensure that high value HR policy and processes are implemented correctly.
- Ensure consistency across templates, policies and processes.
- Roll out initiatives e.g performance review process, performance improvement plans and onboarding.
- Be perceptive and analytical about training needs for business and recommend practical solutions to facilitating the move towards a highperformance work culture.
- Deal sensitively with employee relations issues and act as the first port of call for any employee queries.
- Be proactive about recruitment needs and methods, coordinate the recruitment process.
- Ensure HR files and employee data are kept up to date and comply with the principles of GDPR as well as the needs of external regulators.
- Providing guidance to support manager's compliance that all employee absence is timely and accurately recorded (annual leave, sickness, unpaid leave, family leave etc).
- Prepare monthly payroll information and work with our finance team to ensure all information is accurate.
- Ownership of the induction process for all new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide an analysis of the acquired information
- To carry out other adhoc duties as requested

Able to influence at both operational and senior levels, and able to explain HR initiatives in an accessible way
Passionate about improving business performance through sophisticated HR
Pragmatic and prepared to 'roll sleeves up' where necessary
Experience with payroll processing
Excellent attention to detail
CIPD part qualified an advantage
