Contracts Claims Auditor
Salary:
£34,000-£38,000
As a Contracts Claims Auditor you are organised and have the ability work well under pressure.
You will be looking after the networks contract portfolio - auditing work orders presented by our depots for repair and maintenance to ensure it was the most economical repair.
Automotive experience would be advantageous for this role, however full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule vehicle maintenance and activities in accordance with both customers legal & operational requirements
- Check and authorise vehicle/trailer repair and maintenance estimates based on a technical and financial criterion.
- Collate maintenance charges for financial reporting purposes.
- Liaise with key clients to support operational, technical & other requests, working in collaboration with the National Account Managers
- Collate & deliver critical customer KPI's, both operational and financial
- Analyse repair and maintenance costs to identify key trends.
- Attend customer review meetings where appropriate.
- Provide ongoing reviews of the departments processes & procedures with a view to refinement.
