Our client, who have a first-class reputation in the public and private sector, are looking to recruit an Internal Finishing Manager for 2-3 months for their residential new build development Hertfordshire.

Duties will include all internal finishing works to residential units, covering internal snag and defect work through to handover.

You will assist your team, ensuring that the project runs to speed and programme and that Health & Safety is always adhered to.

You will also attend and chair meetings with specialist contractors and report progress back to senior management.

Our client have a solid pipeline of work in the London region and this position could potentially result in longer term employment if desired.

Immediate start for the selected candidate, it is essential that you have internal finishing experience and up to date CSCS and SMSTS
