Description

Duties:


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports
  • Computerise documents and correspondence accurately
  • Type and proofread documents ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Skills:


  • Proficient in administrative duties with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Competency in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to computerise documents accurately

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,568.43 per year
