Description
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Computerise documents and correspondence accurately
- Type and proofread documents ensuring accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative duties with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Competency in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to computerise documents accurately

From £25,568.43 per year
