    This role is responsible for G&E fulfilment, SLA adherence, conversion rate improvement as well as providing analysis of sales reports and driving implementation of process changes within reporting.

    In addition, this role has direct responsibility for leading a team to provide consistently executed support to Europe Sales on non-core selling activities including but not limited to budgeting and financial processes.

    Lead the centralised Sales Support team with a key focus to align tools, ways of working in line with Europe sales strategy.

    Ensure SLA's are adhered to, continuously monitor and evaluate non-core activities from the team and create solutions to drive G&E performance to maximise efficiency and profitability.

    Driving efficiencies by providing ad hoc analyst support to the Europe Sales Team & GSSC challenging the status quo, as required.

    Drive compliance and continuously improve people, processes, tools, sales strategy and delivery models.
    Support Europe sales teams to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groups.

    Perform statistical data analysis activities to create accurate charts, tables and graphs in the correct format and within established time frames as required.

    Review sales production data for accuracy and trends and trouble shoot any errors in reporting and tracking issued.
    Produce and distribute Sales Reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
    Support integrated ways of working across Europe Sales, Europe Sales Support, and wider enabling functions for priority processes.

    Run and review data reports using IHG systems to ensure the Europe Sales objectives are met - providing valuable insight to the Sales Leadership and broader team.

    Lead and develop best in class talent to drive high quality performance and revenue.
    Run regular Support Office Hours for the Europe Sales team to introduce updates into reporting and ways of working across processes involving Europe Sales
    Coordinate Support for Europe Sales Events and Initiatives
    Support the Budgeting Process for the Europe Sales Department
    Supervise the Financial processes (PO's etc) for Europe Sales
    Ensure IWOS Europe Sales page is up to date
    2-3 years progressive work-related experience with understanding of sales systems and processes.
    Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office (Excel and Access).
    Demonstrated experience with internal Business Objects, Data Warehouse applications

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, and to perform concurrent tasks that require technical and functional competence.

    Able to work in a virtual environment
