The Role:


  • Cutting edge global manufacturer of HVAC, renewable commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration seeks a unique National Sales Manager to head up their Tier 1 and Tier 2 end user vertical consulting on decarbanisationprojects. You will be part of an accomplished Corporate Sales Team building direct relationships with the top major companies in their respective industry verticals, securing multi £M large decarbonisation projects through a consultative sales process.

Company - Long established, multibillion £ turnover, global sales team, invests in workforce, long-term serving team,


Location - National sales role building relationships with and selling to the Top Tier 1 and Tier 2 End User clients across all major industry verticals.


Industry - Heating, Cooling, HVAC, A/C, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Controls, Heat Interface Units, HIU's, CHP, Renewables, Building Services, Heat Pumps, Refrigeration, Renewables, Carbon Reduction, Energy Efficiency.


Benefits - Heading up an industry specialist vertical working for a market leading manufacturer selling the latest in energy efficient renewable heating and cooling technologies. Building and managing the national multi £M relationshipswith main end user national and multinational Tier 1 & Tier 2 companies on the largest single and multi-site UK construction and refurbishment projects. Solution sales using a wide product portfolio to help decarbonise clients estates.

The Package
- £50k - £60k Basic Salary
- £90k OTE uncapped

Experience Required


You will be a successful consultative salesperson with a proven background of selling through project specifications and roll-out contracts or framework agreements into Tier 1 and Tier 2 end users across numerous industry verticals and market sectors.

Itwill be an advantage if you have specifically sold heating, cooling, HVAC, central plant, chillers, refrigeration, heat pumps or controls, however if you have sold another product into commercial building or construction specifications then please still applyas training will be given.

This end user sales division represents a massive sales growth and long-term career development opportunity for the successful National Sales Manager.

As you will be representing the company at major industry events, it would bebeneficial if you have experience of speaking at conferences and events.
