They are looking to recruit a Content Strategist who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy across various digital channels.
From website content and product descriptions to social media posts and email campaigns, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with their target audience and drives conversion.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence and customer engagement.Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Creating high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product Development, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and decision-making.Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and monitor performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and ecommerce to maintain a competitive edge.Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image and enhance customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Content Strategist role, preferably within the ecommerce or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content that drives engagement and conversion.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual aesthetics.
