Description
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services, including up selling opportunities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary:
From £25,577.33 per year
