Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in person and build a long term relationship
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various face to face channels
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Skills:


  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Salary:
From £24,378.29 per year
