Contract Type- Fixed Term Contract- Employment Type- Full-Time- Working Requirements- Dynamic Working- Hours- 9:30am to 5:30pm- Salary- Competitive- Division- Business Services- Location- 55 Baker StreetOur Talent Acquisition Team are looking to recruit a collaborative, organised and efficient Business Support Coordinator to join our fast-paced team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the Recruitment Inbox and responding accordingly.
  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Processing internal transfers, temps and weekend staff.
  • ATS and report management.
  • Posting job adverts on our careers site and job boards.
  • Creating marketing content to use on LinkedIn, Instagram, and external job boards.
  • Tracking internal referrals and sending them across to Payroll monthly.
  • Supporting with writing job specs using the job specification template.

Key Experience Required:


  • Experience of working in a multidiscipline role
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
