We are currently looking for 2 temps to join us on our journey as we transition into our newly built boning hall, which is part of a significantly high investment project, as part of improving the site here in Perth.

Working hours are Monday to Friday are 45 hours per week, starting at approx.

  • To push beef carcases into the boning hall from the chills
  • To push beef onto the lorries
  • Training may also be given on using the loading arm to load beef
  • To ensure that all products are produced to meet customer/company specifications, whilst also maximizing yield and minimizing waste.
  • To work to agreed training plan, bringing any skill shortfalls/difficulties to the attention of the Cutting Room Supervisor.
  • Ensure understanding of expected standards and targets before commencing any task.
  • To ensure all tasks performed are as per training given and safe working procedures
  • To carry out all assigned tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with regard to H&S and Food Safety.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
Work experience in a similar position or a strong will to learn is required for this position
