Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Hove. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to a fast-paced and ever-growing property investment company. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Executive Assistant. The main aim of the role is to provide key administrative and business support to the Company Director.


Responsibilities

  • Running director's diary and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Being the first point of contact for other departments; filtering requests and feeding back to relevant persons.
  • Taking accurate and detailed minutes at directors' meetings
  • Keeping detailed records and updating multiple departments on new properties purchased
  • Overseeing mortgage loans and updating finance sheets
  • Overseeing projects as set by the director
  • Personal ad hoc tasks as requested
  • Keeping track of directors' expenses and submitting monthly reports

Requirements:


  • Minimum two years executive assistant experience
  • Minimum one year property industry experience
  • Working knowledge of google
  • Proficient and quick typist
  • Excellent cognitive skills
  • Passionate and energetic
  • Strong work ethic, highly selfmotivated, with proven ability to act autonomously in daytoday activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
  • Strong followup skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and diplomatic demeanour with an emphasis on composure, flexibility, and discretion

Location:

Salary:
£35k - £45k per annum


Full time:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
