Description

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic Supply Chain Assistant to provide efficient and practical support to the Supply Chain Team to aid with the overall purchasing and planning activities for Tropic Skincare.

Your role will include collaborating with the Supply Chain Team by managing order requests, inbound shipment administration and data entry, and liaising with warehouse staff, finance, and suppliers.

**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Providing administrative support to the Planning & Supply Chain Teams.
Running reports from NetSuite.
Creating and maintaining work orders in NetSuite.
Raise and manage purchase orders in a timely manner.
Track and update delivery dates for Inbound shipments.
Support the warehouse team with the receipt of all inbound shipments, flagging any significant discrepancies in received stock and ordered stock with Suppliers and internally.
Create item/SKU codes upon request for Supply Team and the wider business to use.
System management; making sure key information such as weight, mileage, customs information and descriptions are uptodate and accurate.
Collate production figures for KPI reporting.
Ensuring the supply chain spreadsheets & shared drives are kept updated and organised.

**About You

Previous administrative experience.
Minimum 2 years of Planning and/or Supply Chain experience.
Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting).
Ability to work systematically and methodically through defined procedures.
Precision to perform accurate record keeping.
The mindset to prioritise workload, work independently and cope with pressure within a fastpaced environment.
Eager to grow and expand skill sets.

**Additional

Fulltime role: 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Office is conveniently located just 3 minutes' walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon both 20 minutes away. Approx minutes travel time from South / South West London.
Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).
25 days annual leave plus other fantastic perks.
Starting salary: £24,000 £26,000 per annum (DoE).
