**Online Promotions and System Coordinator
We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented
Online Promotions and Systems Coordinator .

This crucial role will be the digital champion behind enhancing our Ambassador experience across multiple platforms including our ordering system, e-commerce site, asset library, content management system, and e-learning platform.


You'll align our e-commerce and main site, become the Ambassador's go-to guru for back-office queries, implement cool new features, and regularly check product systems.

**Responsibilities

  • Handle the daytoday administration and upkeep of all our Ambassador ordering systems, keeping information current and sales operations seamless.
  • Perform regular system product checks to ensure a smooth and seamless trading experience.
  • Identify and resolve any issues affecting ambassadors and customers.
  • SKU and Digital

Product Management:

  • Manage SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and digital product setup in the back office system.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Working and liaising collaboratively with Ecommerce, Supply, Marketing, Dispatch, Accounts and NPD teams on product launches, offers and promotions from a system perspective.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply teams to understand new special offers.
  • Configure and set up new special offers & product launches within the back office system.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new products and special offers on the ecommerce platform and identify issues.
  • Support the Senior Digital Product Owner in working with developers on the development of the ordering system.
  • Provide input and feedback on system requirements, user interface, and user experience.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the ordering system's functionality.
  • Support the Senior Digital Product Owner in analysing the ambassador ordering system's user experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose, test and implement changes to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Analyse system usage data and other relevant areas to identify trends and patterns.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, user behaviour, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the Senior Digital Product Owner & Ambassador Development Team on all things digital platforms including adhoc tasks, analysis, UX feedback ideas for improvement and ongoing projects
  • Assist ambassador support with queries related to the back office and ordering system. Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience for ambassadors.
**About You

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Digital Systems Management: You should have at least some prior experience managing digital systems, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment.

  • Product Management: Some prior experience or knowledge in handling SKUs and setting up digital products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with backoffice operations, ecommerce platforms, and digital product management tools

Demonstrated experience in roles requiring meticulous attention to detail
