Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketer with TF2 Smartphone Solutions, specialists in Electronic Excellence, based in Oaken gates, Telford.

TF2 are presenting a fantastic opportunity to become part of the team, and continue the growth of their brand outreach, utilising all appropriate streams of social media and website amplification to maximise customer engagement.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Contribute to the marketing plan, delivery, or evaluation of strategic marketing activity.
  • Use research methods to gather marketing insight or evaluation and to contribute to decisions, targets, planning & delivery.
  • Support and manage the cataloguing of offline and digital marketing materials and assets in line with marketing regulations.
  • Publish, monitor, and respond to editorial, creative or video content via website, social media/video sharing platforms, offline platforms.
  • Support the administration of marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and relationships are managed in the pursuit of marketing goals.
  • Identify and use relevant/emerging trends.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of marketing expenditure and activities to a specified budget and plan in line with company processes.
  • Monitor, optimise, analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns/channels in order to deliver on marketing objectives, measuring marketing delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multichannel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both shortterm tactics and longterm strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multichannel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
