Description

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be the frontline ambassador, responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive overall experience.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the management of Field Service Technicians
  • Assist with the planning of all calls for servicing, maintenance, installations, and reactive emergencies.
  • Invoicing.
  • Dispatching Parts.
  • Maintain KPI's with Customer Satisfaction Surveys and promote good relations with all customers.
  • Promote maintenance contracts and all other sales by the company.
  • Use of the CLIK (Field Service Software) and Fishbowl (Stock Inventory Software) electronic platforms. Training will be provided.

  • Phone extrovert.
  • Time management.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
