Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Production Manager and liaising with other Departments, be a part of an award winning team engaged in innovation from concept through prototyping to manufacturing and commercial reality with the objective of achieving product leadership in each country the company operates.
  • Carry out various duties outlined under
    Specific Duties
:


  • Take appropriate action to maintain or improve relationships with all customers.
  • Other duties as directed.

Specific Duties:


  • To assemble and carry out tasks on the production line for the company product range, Integrated Work Stations, etc.
  • Reconditioning units.
  • Stock Controlto ensure that all parts and components are carefully recorded on internal databases.
  • Quality Controltesting components and products, ensuring zero defects.
  • Packagingpacking units before delivery.
  • Responsible for preparing orders and deliveries in and out.
  • Assist with exhibitions i.e. loading vans, building exhibition stands, etc.
  • Regular stock checks and reordering.
  • Completing daily paperwork
  • Liaising with forwarding agents for shipping quotes.
  • Booking orders online on the forwarding agents portals.

Requirements:


  • Being able to work in a quick accurate, efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Being willing and able to learn practices involving all aspects of the production.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
