Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management of Field Service Technicians
  • Assist with the planning of all calls for servicing, maintenance, installations, and reactive emergencies.
  • Invoicing.
  • Dispatching Parts.
  • Maintain KPI's with Customer Satisfaction Surveys and promote good relations with all customers.
  • Promote maintenance contracts and all other sales by the company.
  • Use of the CLIK (Field Service Software) and Fishbowl (Stock Inventory Software) electronic platforms. Training will be provided.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
