ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
***The Project Administrator will be expected to: - Prepare quotations and relevant tender response documentation with support from the Project Team on current opportunity requests, meeting customer deadlines

  • Maintain CRM Project Tracker with all relevant info and updates.
  • Create various reports from Power BI and CRM.
  • Review Project Team Morning Reports and distribute out to the relevant Project Coordinator.
  • Creation of Project Accounts (Infra and Sec) on DC1 for all won projects to include contract pricing and SMS agreements, to assist smooth processing of orders and rebate claims. Once Project Account is open, create Customer Price List.
  • Process Project orders as directed by the Team to accuracy of 99.55%
  • Support Security Sales Administrator creating SMS rebate claim back reports for relevant Suppliers on weekly/monthly
  • Send out samples, spec sheets and literature requests to accompany projects
  • Provide holiday cover for Security Sales Admin
  • Manage Project Team Inbox
  • Run contract ending report on a monthly basis and distribute to the team
  • Taking inbound internal and external calls, responding to internal and external requests.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO MAYFLEX?

  • A good standard of Education
  • 2 years' experience in office environment
  • 12 months experience of Admin duties
  • Telephone skills
  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Organisation Skills
