ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The role shall provide the opportunity to ensure achievement of the stated aims and the leadership of a team in the following areas:

  • Lead and motivate a team within the operation.
  • Internal area KPI achievement.
  • Operational issue resolution at local level.
  • Recommend improvement activity within the work area
  • Monitor performance identifying potential problems.
  • Complete audit activities as requested.
  • Lead daily operational Team briefs
  • Resolve operational problems at a local level
  • Ensure the flow of work through the area meets the requirements of the business
  • Ensure that all daily work is completed
  • Ensure that performance metrics for the department are at or above target
  • Ensure that all team members are actively contributing to the results of the Team
  • Ensure that any issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate level
