ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The role shall provide the opportunity to ensure achievement of the stated aims and the leadership of a team in the following areas:

Lead and motivate a team within the operation.
Internal area KPI achievement.
Operational issue resolution at local level.
Recommend improvement activity within the work area
Monitor performance identifying potential problems.
Complete audit activities as requested.
Lead daily operational Team briefs
Resolve operational problems at a local level
Ensure the flow of work through the area meets the requirements of the business
Ensure that all daily work is completed
Ensure that performance metrics for the department are at or above target
Ensure that all team members are actively contributing to the results of the Team
Ensure that any issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate level
