GCU (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a Civils Supervisor*:

Utilities** to bolster our team based out of Inverness, nestled within the breath-taking Highlands and Islands of Scotland, spanning from Mull to Inverness to Shetland. As a Supervisor, you'll oversee civil infrastructure projects, including the construction of fibre networks, blending office duties with on-site management of civils gangs to ensure seamless project execution.
Key responsibilities:_
Oversight of all civil engineering activities
Ensuring adequate resources for the project
Monitoring and enforcing Health & Safety and Quality standards
Managing inhouse and subcontracted teams
Maintaining accurate production records
Providing comprehensive progress reports

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience, NRSWA accreditation/CSCS Supervisors card, and strong organizational and people management skills.

Upholding company KPIs is essential.
