Obaby limited is looking to appoint a credit controller to join our growing team, working on a part-time basis of up to 15 hours per week.

We are open for flexibility requests for the days and overall hours worked.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Allocate customer payments including major selfbilling accounts
  • Ensure accounts and orders are put on hold to reflect any overdue invoices
  • Monitor customer account activity and credit limits
  • Basic admin duties

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to achieve the required outcome
  • Work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service
  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within similar role
