We are currently recruiting to fill the position of
Staffing Administrator .

This role involves providing extensive administrative support for HR activities across the Easter Bush Campus, assisting in the efficient processing of all system-based recruitment and related staffing tasks.

The post will be a part of the Easter Bush Staffing Team and will report directly to the Staffing Administration Officer.


The Opportunity:


You will complete a small friendly team of 4.0 FTE, providing administrative support for HR activity across the Easter Bush Campus.

You will assist in managing the effective processing of all system-based recruitment and related staffing activity.

You will oversee system related recruitment activity on behalf of line managers across the Easter Bush Campus, coordinate all local interview processes, as well as guiding new staff through the on-boarding process.

You will process and administer a range of HR processes relating to the life cycle of a member of staff.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Previous administration experience preferably within an HR environment, full competence within the role is unlikely to be achieved in less than 12 months due to the cyclical nature of certain activities.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) including merging documents and variable date to standard templates, design and set up of templates
  • Experience of using an integrated HR management and payroll system
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience preferably within an HR environment.
  • Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills and experience.

The School is based on the Easter Bush Campus, where the team is located.

A hybrid working environment is supported, but there is an expectation that a minimum of 50% of the time is spent on campus.
