The Job You'll Do;

  • Working within a highly supportive HR team, you will be providing a range of support duties.
  • This will range from organising new starters and ensuring all documentation is in place.
  • Ensure all of the correct paperwork is entered onto the company system.
  • Help chase references.
  • Support the HR Manager with a range of HR reports.
  • Update all of the employee files.
  • Work on an exciting range of new projects within the business.
  • Liaise with a variety of internal colleagues and resolve any queries.
  • Participate in meetings and take notes.
  • Provide general support in a variety of other HR tasks as required.

About You;

  • You will have a genuine desire and motivation to start or continue a career within Human Resources.
  • You will be looking for a role which will offer great training, support, development and career progression.
  • You may have some previous HR experience or general administration skills. The company are also open to someone who is looking for a fresh new career opportunity.
  • It would be ideal if you have any HR qualifications i.e. CIPD Level 3, if you don't; the company will look to provide this qualification route for you.
  • You will be IT literate, numerate and have strong communication skills.
