The Company
Our client is a specialist engineering service provider. Due to growth, they now require a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to help North East wide with installation and Maintenance.


The Role

  • Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work in manufacturing and engineering environments all over the North East.
  • The role will be to work on both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production.
  • Along with daytoday maintenance issues you also be heavily involved in the installation of new machinery and refurbishment of old machines.
  • The Maintenance Technician will undertake programming activities and prepare technical reports to analyse breakdown causes, recommend practical countermeasures, and drive forward achievable solutions.
  • Will be mobile across the North East.

The Person

  • Must be time served and multiskilled.
  • PLC experience is preferred.
  • Must be happy to work day shift.
  • FMCG experience is preferred.
  • Previous electrical installation experience would be preferred.
  • You must have good communication skills, be good organisers, be willing to work as part of a team or on your own and be adaptable to new processes.
  • You must be able to drive and be prepared to travel across the North East Monday-Friday.
