Graduate Office Coordinator

Location:
Birmingham City Centre, Full Time

Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for an analytical and driven Office Coordinator to work for a professional services client based at their HQ in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to joina busy team, to help improve their reporting and data analysis across the company.

The Role

Working with the head of department helping prepare reports and presentations
Ensuring all policies and procedures are met
Managing data input and output
Providing statistical reporting to the department
Supporting projects across all areas of health and safety

You will have:

Experience working in a numerical/analytical role
Ability to be able to interpret data
Excellent communication skills
Confident and driven individual
Ability to meet deadlines
Proactive individual
