Birmingham City Centre, Full Time


Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for an analytical and driven Office Coordinator to work for a professional services client based at their HQ in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to joina busy team, to help improve their reporting and data analysis across the company.


The Role

  • Working with the head of department helping prepare reports and presentations
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are met
  • Managing data input and output
  • Providing statistical reporting to the department
  • Supporting projects across all areas of health and safety

You will have:


  • Experience working in a numerical/analytical role
  • Ability to be able to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and driven individual
  • Ability to meet deadlines
