Part Time Call Centre Agent positions available to join our busy 247 call centre in Edinburgh.

  • Taking calls from the public using friendly, clear, telephone etiquette
  • Creating taxi bookings ensuring accuracy in information
  • Managing bookings confidently using our taxi booking system
  • Logging feedback information in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Dealing with any lost property enquiries
  • Working as part of a team
  • Demonstrating good customer service skills
  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident using PC/data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Good customer service background/awareness
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Understanding of importance and impact of role
Immediate start available.

Shift allowance for weekend work.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week


Salary:
£11.28 per hour
