Description

We are looking for skilled 2 person tarmac crews within the Kent and East Sussex region, to join our dedicated Company.

Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.

As part of the tarmac crew you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.

• Assist and be part of the delivery of Day

• Day maintenance, minor and major reinstatement projects.
• Provide first class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
• Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
• Must be able to work to a program
• Daily site reporting along with site folders

• General reinstatement experience minimum 3 years
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential (7.5T License)
• Valid CSCS card is essential
• PTS competence is advantage
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and clients
• Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
• Relevant Tickets for competency of reinstatement on a public highway (streetworks/EUSR CAT 1 /2)
• Must have good team ethic and the drive to deliver projects on time
